School Prizes.
Brackenbury Memorial Shield: Presented at Prize Giving to the Student who has shown the most improvement in their chosen subject over the previous year. An Oak Shield mounted with the School Arms and the Brackenbury Arms and Motto in Brass. Made and donated by Jonathon Brackenbury in memory of Family Members. Brackenburys have attended the School thoughout it's history and are briefly mentioned in the School History volume. The Brackenburys are related to Hannah Brackenbury who endowed several churches and schools and provided funds for the building of the Brackenbury Building at Oxford College. There is a Brackenbury Scholarship at the College.
