Paul Marsh was a teacher of English at Boston Grammar School. He first arrived in 2003, assuming the role of Deputy Headmaster. He was appointed Headmaster following the departure of Helen McEvoy.
Before moving to BGS he had been a teacher at Spalding Grammar School. After leaving BGS he took up the post of headteacher at Smithdon High School, Hunstanton.
