Mr Roy Bolland has died at his home in Mill Lane, Butterwick, at the age of 71.
Roy leaves his wife June, daughter and son-in-law, Gillian and Tony and two grandchildren Lucy and Hannah.
Mr Bolland was born in Butterwick and had lived in the area all of his life. A former pupil of Boston Grammar School. he left to work on the family farm, which he took over with his brother in 1958.
A great family man, Mr Bolland's main interests concerned spending time with his wife and family. He was also a keen gardener.
His funeral conducted by the Rev Les Hall, was held at Butterwick Church followed by interment in the church yard.
