Tim Atkinson was a teacher of RS and PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) at Boston Grammar School.
After leaving BGS, Tim was known for setting up his blog, Bringing up Charlie, which dealt with caring for his son as a stay-at-home Dad. Bringing up Charlie won both Blogger of the Year and Best Blog Writer in 2010 as well as being runner-up in the Author Blog Awards the same year.
Tim is also a published author with titles such as The Glorious Dead; Writing Therapy; Fatherhood, The Essential Guide; Creative Writing, The Essential Guide, Tiny Acorns (as Editor) and travel books on India and the United Kingdom. He also runs a not-for-profit publishing house called Dotterel Press.
