In March 1995 The Times published the following notice of death:
VASS — Dr. (Charles. Cyril) Norroy, MB ChB, MSc, PhD, Finst Biol, died peacefully aged 93 on 13 March 199S. Husband of late June McLean, beloved father and grandfather. Retired Reader, Physiology St Thomas' Hospital. Pursuer of excellence and friend to all who knew him. Memorial Service at Union Church[1], Mill Hill, London NW7 on 29 March at 2.30 pm Donations for British Medical Education Trust
