Obituary

A former Boston auctioneer and estate agent, Dick has died in hospital at Kings Lynn after a short illness. He was 64.

A Bostonian, he was a partner in the firm of William H Brown. He was based in Boston for many years and then moved to the company's office in Kings Lynn, living at Leverington near Wisbech.

On leaving BGS he trained as an auctioneer and estate agent at Killingworth's before joining William H Brown.

In his youth he was founder chairman of the Boston Junior Chamber.

His funeral took place at Kings Lynn Crematorium in the morning of Friday 11th October followed by a memorial service at Leverington parish church.

Dick leaves his wife Jose, son Nicholas, daughter Helen and one grandchild.
