Michael A Jeffrey was educated at Boston Grammar School (?-1968).
At BGS he was a librarian and a member of the Debating Society committee. He achieved 8 'O' Levels and 1 'A' Level, gaining an engineering apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce Ltd.
