A photograph of the 1913 BGS intake of scholars supplied by Bill Olle whose father appears on the photograph. The photograph first appeared in a newspaper with the following description.
Last week we announced the names of boys from the local elementary schools who had won Foundation Scholarships at the Grammar School, together with that of the latest Parry scholar to the school. We are now able to reproduce (above) a photographic group of the boys, taken this week, which includes also two boys who hold County Council scholarships at the School.
