'''Gotham City''' was a band made up of students at [[Boston Grammar School]] The band was active around 1967. David Wortley did vocals and played bass very badly. We played a few gigs and were featured in a newspaper article in the Lincolnshire Standard. David Wortley is holding the mike at the top of the stairs. I recall we actually played at Boston Grammar School and also did a gig at the scout hut in Wyberton. I can only remember 2 songs we performed "Midnight Hour" (Otis Redding) and "Keep on Running" (Spencer Davis). We used to rehearse in a church hall on Liquorpond Street. I remember trying to look cool wearing a bush hat that my dad bought back from his time in the RAF in India.

Gotham City was a band made up of students at Boston Grammar School The band was active around 1967. David Wortley did vocals and played bass very badly.
