Herbert Collin was a teacher of Modern Languages and Religious Instruction at Boston Grammar School from 1945 to 1961.
Before his arrival at Boston Grammar School, Collin worked as a Methodist missionary in French West Africa (1934-40). His other teaching positions were at Heath Grammar School, Halifax, Hammond's Grammar School, Swaffham, and Merchant Taylor's School, Crosby.
