Obituary
From the August 2000 issue of The Old Bostonian
Andrew, known as Andi to his family and friends died suddenly at age 35 after a long illness. He was staying with his grandmother in Spalding at the time.
He was born in Spalding and moved to Boston when he was 13. After BGS he obtained a job on Boston Docks as a Customs Officer. In spite of poor health, Andi lived life as fully and actively as he could. He had a great love of boats and enjoyed messing about on the water. He also spent a lot of time at Centerpoint.
He never married and he leaves his parents, his sister Joanne and a nephew Matthew. His funeral was held at Centenary Church followed by cremation. Donations were shared between Centerpoint and the Royal National Lifeboat Institute.
