Sally Ann Cooper was a teacher of Modern Languages and Latin at Boston Grammar School (1972-1973).
Her father was a traffic warden in Boston.
After leaving Boston Grammar School she was a peripatetic teacher of French in primary schools. She had three children. She also taught at Spalding Grammar School and at Boston High School. She launched a venture called "Classalical Tours".
