David Ellis (18 March 1968 - 8 October 2000) was a pupil at Boston Grammar School from c1978. After leaving school he went to London to study medicine. He qualified and worked at King's College hospital where he gradually specialised as an aneasthetist.
He married in 1993, on the very day that his daughter Rowan was born! He and his family moved to The Isle of Sheppey in Kent in 1999, but sadly David died suddenly at work in October 2000.
