The Durham Castle Scholarship is awarded to students who have achieved a place at Durham University.
The scholarship is funded by Geoffrey Cross (BGS 1944-51, University College, Durham 1951-54), and is awarded in memory of Eric Cross (BGS 1946-50).
Presented for for the first time in 2013, recipients receive scholarships of £2,500 per annum.
