Simon Meeds (BGS 1976-84)

I came to BGS from Woad Farm Junior School (now St Nicholas).

My out of school activities were:

• Photographic Society
• Astronomical Society
• Philatelic Society
• General Knowledge competitions

After BGS I studied Computer Science at Portsmouth Polytechnic (1984-88) - now the University of Portsmouth.

My career so far has been mainly in Mobile Telecommunciations.

I am a member of the Old Bostonian Society, having been elected a Vice President. I have been web master for the Association since 1999 and was editor of its magazine, The Old Bostonian, from 2000 to 2011.
