Grahame Hugh Clement Waters was a teacher of Geography and Economics at Boston Grammar School (1962-1967).
He was educated at Christ's Hospital, Horsham and the University of Reading, where he was awarded a BA.
He was an RAF pilot in WWII and went on to teach at Fleetwood Grammar School, Giggleswick School and Bedford Modern School before arriving at Boston Grammar School.
At BGS he was appointed Deputy head, succeeding Herbert Matthew Dickson. He taught Geography and Roger Smith believes introduced the teaching of Economics to the school.
After BGS he served as Headmaster at Parmiter's School, Bethnal Green.
