Beaulah Cup

First presented in 1924, the Beaulah Cup was awarded to the winning team of inter-House chess matches. In later years it was awarded to individuals.
It was likely named after John Beaulah, who had played a formative role in Boston's chess club, and who served as Mayor of Boston in 1921.
