Alan Keith Nichols was a teacher of Physical Education at Boston Grammar School.
Nichols studied at St Luke's College, Exeter.
During his time at Boston Grammar School he was involved with Basketball Club, Gymnastics Club and Fencing Club.
After leaving BGS he went on to Queen's University, Belfast and the University of Stirling. He retired in 2000.
