Graham Neish was educated at Boston Grammar School.

Graham was a lifetime figure at Boston Folk Club where he was the accordian player in the resident House Band. He was also a long-term member of Spalding Folk Club and a regular at Swineshead's Last Thursday Acoustic Club.

There was a celebration of Graham's life in music at Sutterton Village Hall in January 2016.
