2025 is the 125th anniversary year of the Old Bostonian Association. It was founded as the Old Bostonian Club on 20th April 1900 when 18 former pupils of Boston Grammar School met at Anderton’s Hotel, Fleet Street, London.
The OBA has a number of plans to mark the anniversary and the whole year has been designated as the anniversary year. The first of these plans involved challenging the current students of the school to design a special logo for the association to use throughout this special year.
The winning design is shown at the top of this article and now features in the website page header. It was designed by Y9 student, Theo Deere. Runners up in the competition were Will Rooney (Y10) and Ben Jackson (Y9).
